Managing Director

Since founding Envido, Russell has helped grow the company from a London-based startup to a UK-wide enterprise. During this time, Envido has dramatically scaled its infrastructure and broadened its energy and carbon management service offerings while maintaining a culture of strong innovation. 

Russell has extensive commercial experience, and his specialised knowledge of implementing integrated energy and carbon management strategies is highly regarded within the industry. Russell is responsible for continuing the expansion of Envido.

Ifti Akbar

Managing Director

A co-founder with Russell of Envido in 2006, Ifti has been a key driving force in the growth and success of the company. Ifti has driven the adoption of the integrated ‘Opportunity-Technology-Change’ solution across a number of UK-wide companies and public organisations, helping deliver significant energy, carbon and financial savings for major customers.

Ifti has over 10 years of experience working in senior management and leadership roles in a number of major global companies. At Envido, he leads all consultancy related projects and is responsible for managing client relationships.

Richard Morley

Director of Business Development

As Director of Business Development, Richard is responsible for leading both business growth and Envido operations across the UK.

Richard brings over ten years of experience in solutions sales, most recently at LRN, the legal solutions provider, where he held the position of Business Development Director. At Envido, Richard has utilised his vast client partnership experience to develop the business by working with global brands and major corporate companies who require long-term carbon management solutions that deliver value to the bottom line.

Through intense focus on client satisfaction and technical excellence, Richard has been instrumental in establishing Envido as the market leader, securing global corporate clients such as CNN/Turner Broadcasting, Honda, Investec, Linklaters, Computacenter and BDO amongst many others.

Clive Gilham

Director of Finance

An FCA chartered accountant with 25 years experience in industry and commerce, Clive has a background in fast growing entrepreneurial companies, most recently in FMCG and manufacturing. In previous roles, he held key responsibilities in both capital-raising activities and for the public listings of the companies he has worked for. 

Clive has overall responsibility for the management of financial operations at Envido and is involved in strategic and commercial decision-making.

Jon Goody

Director of Technology Implementation

Jon joined Envido from Procuro Ltd., a leading UK provider of energy management services, which he founded in 1999. Upon completion of the acquisition of Procuro by Envido, Jon joined the company’s board of directors, taking up the position of Director of Technology Implementation.

Jon brings depth of knowledge, technical IT skills and project management capabilities to his current position at Envido where he supports management operations and is responsible for the implementation of client Technology projects. He has extensive industry experience in the engineering and manufacturing industries, as well as in the IT and consumer goods sectors.

Simon Tilleard

Director of Energy

Simon is an award-winning building energy manager with extensive experience in the application of low-carbon technologies in building design, construction and operation.

He has twenty five years of experience in building energy management both as an in-house building and energy manager at the Natural History Museum (NHM) and, more recently, as a consulting engineer for the London Climate Change Agency and London Development Agency providing sustainable solutions for buildings.

Simon holds an Msc in Building Services Engineering from Brunel University. He is a corporate member of CIBSE and has acted as a Consultee for DEFRA on Phases 1 & 2 of the EU ETS, the EPBD and the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme.

Nathalie Goad

Head of Marketing and Communications

As Head of Marketing and Communications for Envido, Nathalie is responsible for planning, executing and positioning of the Envido brand within the UK, and driving business growth through the identification of market trends, opportunities and customer needs. She oversees Envido’s direct and partner marketing programmes, public relations, direct marketing and events.  

Nathalie has more than 6 years in the industry, holding marketing and communications roles at CNN/Turner Broadcasting and the BBC prior to joining Envido.
