You will have to make no upfront investments because projects are financed through guaranteed annual energy savings. So, if you lack the capital to finance the necessary improvements across your facility, Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) could be the ideal solution.
Energy Performance Contracting allows you to complete a major upgrade within an existing budget.
