Award-winning County Council looks to Envido to provide an integrated solution to reducing energy costs and cutting carbon emissions

Southampton City Council's activities are guided by strong sustainability principles. The Council has won several awards for its environmental and sustainable development programmes, including the 2009 LGC and HSL Sustainable Communities Award.

The Council wants to lead by example and demonstrate its green credentials to the residents of the city. Helping staff to understand their environmental impacts gives them the opportunity to change their behaviour and lifestyles at home and a work.
